The Village Of Port Byron consists of a Code Enforcement Officer (CEO), and a Fire Inspector. Kevin Foster is both the CEO and Fire Inspector. His office hours are on Tuesdays between 2:30pm and 5:00pm, and as needed.

As we welcome spring let’s be mindful of helping to keep the Village Neat, a few property maintenance:
- No more than one unlicensed motor vehicle (Code section 302.8)
- Well maintained and mowed grass (Code section 302.4)
- No tires permitted to be stored outside (Code section 308.1)
- Houses with peeling, chipped or missing paint are required to be repainted for compliance with “protective treatments” (Code section 304.2)
- Reminder that during regular trash day we DO NOT pick up furniture or construction debris. It is the occupant’s responsibility to remove them properly.
Failure to comply with any rules, regulations, or codes are subject to penalty.
